PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 6:30 pm at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Bldg, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 to review the following: Appeal #07-16 Michael Pfeifer requesting relief from the side yard setback requirements of the Sadsbury Twp Zoning Ordinance to construct a single family dwelling at 10872 Aldenia Dr., Conneaut Lake, PA, parcel #4403-014-pt 5-6 in the Lake Area Residential zoning district. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
