PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID Sealed bids for Grass Cutting services will be received by the Meadville Housing Authority, 1120 Market Street Meadville, Pa. 16335 until 10:00 am on Friday, April 29, 2016, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at 10:00am at the address listed above. Invitations for Bid documents are available, at no cost, for pick up at the office of the Meadville Housing Authority, 1120 Market Street Meadville, Pa. 16335 between the hours of 8am-noon and 1pm -4pm Monday thru Friday. All Bidders must adhere to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity and payment of not less than Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates plus fringes as set forth in the documents. HACM reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid within 60 days after the date of the bid opening.
