PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is given that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, will hold two zoning hearings on Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at the West Mead Township building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road in West Mead Township, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The first hearing will be held to consider an application of Phil and Julie Passilla for a Variance from the Use Restrictions of Section 504.1 of the Zoning Ordinance so that a 60 foot by 80 foot storage building may be constructed on an undeveloped 41 acre lot in the Rural Residential Zoning District, across the road from and on a parcel separate from the residential property of the applicants located at 10613 Pettis Road, to be used as an accessory building for that residence, being under common ownership, for residential storage. A Variance is required because an "accessory" building for the use described is not permitted on a separate lot on which there is no other principal building or use. The second hearing is an application of Len Nichols for a modification of a decision of the Zoning Hearing Board on February 15, 2017 by which he was granted a Variance from the Use Restrictions of Section 505.1 of the Zoning Ordinance so that he could construct an accessory building on a lot adjacent to his residence at 21600 Beverly Drive for operation of a small remodeling business. A modification is requested to allow the building to be placed in a different location on two adjoining lots instead of the single lot and to extend the time for completion of the building. The applications will be considered in accordance with the requirements of Section 1005.3 of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable legal standards. All persons with an interest in this matter are invited to attend and be heard. West Mead Township Zoning Hearing Board 1150 Morgan Village Road Meadville, PA 16335 11/04,08/17
