PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Board of Supervisors for Sadsbury Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania will receive material procurement bids for the Aldenia Drive Culvert Rehabilitation Project Materials until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project will generally consist of the furnishing of materials (trough and rib type system) necessary for the rehabilitation of the corrugated metal pipe invert. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be reviewed at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building (telephone: 814-382-8579). Copies of the contract documents may be obtained for a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 from Mark J. Corey & Associates, P.O. Box 268, Harborcreek, PA 16421 for each set of contract documents so obtained or by calling (814) 897-3180. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record with the Owner as having obtained the contract documents. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. A bid submitted without a Bid Bond will be rejected. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
