PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the West Mead Township Building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road in West Mead Township, to consider the application of Ronald and Barbara Atwell for a variance from the lot area requirement for a single family residence in the Low Density Residential Zoning District in which their property is located at 20767 Sarah Drive, so that a 15 foot wide, rectangular shaped portion of the parcel can be subdivided and added to the adjoining property located at 20781 Sarah Drive, leaving the 20767 Sarah Drive parcel with less than 20,000 square feet which is the area required for a single residential lot under Section 505.4 of the West Mead Township Zoning Ordinance. The application will be considered in accordance with the provisions of Section 1005.3 of the West Mead Township Zoning Ordinance and other applicable legal standards.
