CO254818, of Springboro, Crawford County, because she violated the cosmetology law by pleading guilty or nolo contendere to, or having been convicted of, a felony under The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act or a similar State or Federal law and violated the Criminal History Record Information Act because she was convicted of a felony. 07/26/17
