PUBLIC NOTICE ZONING HEARING BOARD NOTICE OF VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Meadville will be held in the Council Chambers of the Meadville City Building, 894 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA, at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017 to hear a request for variance of Crawford County, Owner of the proposed 637 Pine St., City Lot Number 35-5-E-18, zoned R-2 Multiple Family Residential District. Said request for variance is to permit construction of an apartment building within the required rear yard setbacks on a lot without the minimum lot frontage required and construction of garages within the required side yard setback, all of which is not permitted under the Meadville Zoning Ordinance.
