At that time, public comment may be heard regarding the following request: Appeal #568 is from Tod Gillette who plans to renovate an existing single family dwelling into a multi-family dwelling, at 11697 Pennsylvania Avenue. This property is zoned for retail and service business and is identified as tax parcels #6511-005-70001. This hearing is being held because multi-family dwellings are not listed in section 27-403, part 2, 4, or 5 of the Vernon Township Zoning Ordinance, as a permitted, conditional, or special exception use in that zoning district.
