Huston, Property Owner, of 217 Walnut Street - Borough of Edinboro, Erie County, Pennsylvania, Parcel # 11-1-10-10. Owner has requested variances for the front yard set-back and side yard set-back for the addition of a 6' x 20' front porch with roof.
