PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Hayfield Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania, intend to consider and enact an ordinance to establish Supervisor Compensation at its regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Hayfield Township building located at 17882 Townhouse Road in Hayfield Township. The title of the ordinance is An Ordinance To Establish Compensation for Elected Supervisors of Hayfield Township. In summary, under Sections 1, 2 & 3, compensation for elected supervisors is established for performance of functions required by persons holding the office of elected Supervisor, in the amount of $1,875 per year, payable monthly or quarterly; and this compensation shall be payable only to supervisors who take office after the effective date of the ordinance. Section 4 repeals inconsistent ordinances, and Section 5 makes the ordinance effective in 5 days.
