PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of West Mead Township, Crawford County, Pennsylvania will conduct two hearings on the following zoning applications beginning at 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at the West Mead Township building located at 1150 Morgan Village Road in West Mead Township. The first hearing would be to consider the application of Eric Burns for a Variance from the setback restrictions of Section 505.4 of the Zoning Ordinance, so that he could construct a 24 foot by 24 foot detached storage garage on property he owns located on 12954 Raymond Drive in West Mead Township, in a Low Density Residential Zoning District. The garage would extend to within 5 feet of the side yard property line. The second hearing would be to consider the application of Mick Stabile of Stabile Arbor LLC for a Variance from the permitted use restrictions of Section 505.1 of the Zoning Ordinance, so that he could construct a 30 foot by 40 foot storage building to be used for storage of his tree service equipment and possible office space in addition to consideration of a sign larger than permitted under Section 630 of the Zoning Ordinance on undeveloped property located on 209 Oak Street in West Mead Township, in a Low Density Residential Zoning District. The applications will be considered in accordance with the applicable standards set forth in Sections 1005.3 of the Zoning Ordinance and other applicable legal standards.
