PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PARKING PLANNING AND DESIGN SERVICES The Board of Commissioners of Crawford County, Pa., invites proposals from qualified, responsible professionals interested in offering parking planning and design services. The services would involve feasibility planning and preliminary (schematic) design for vehicle parking on four sites that are properties of the County government. The parking facilities being considered for eventual development would include a possible two-level structure, two surface lots and a segment of on-street spaces. The facilities would provide employee, accessibility and fleet parking for a Judicial Center the County is constructing and for the existing Courthouse. The Request for Proposals document is available by contacting the Commissioners' Office, Crawford County Courthouse, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA 16335; (814) 333-7400. The RFP specifies the required scope of services and the format and content for submitting proposals. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3 , 2016 (Eastern Time), by postal or express mail or hand delivery to the Chief Clerk, Commissioners' Office, Crawford County Courthouse, 903 Diamond Park, Meadville, PA 16335.
