At that time, public comment may be heard regarding the following requests: Appeal #559 is from Robert Kincaid who is proposing to convert 4,800 sq. ft. of an existing 14,400 sq. ft. building from self-storage units to office space. This property is located at 10974 Murray Road and is identified as tax parcel #6503-018-2-A. It is located in the Business and Manufacturing Zone. This hearing is being held because the proposed office use is not listed as a permitted use for that zone district, as per section 27-404, of the Vernon Township Zoning Ordinance. Appeal #560 is from Wayne Karastury who is proposing a two-phase project to construct self-storage facilities on a 5.185 acre property he owns at 13211 Conneaut Lake Road Conneaut Lake, Pa. This property is located in the Conneaut Corridor Zone and is identified as parcels #6508-003-1, 6508-004 and 6508-004-1. This hearing is being held because the proposed self-storage use is not listed as a permitted use for that zone district, as per section 27-406, of the Vernon Township Zoning Ordinance.
