PUBLIC NOTICE WOODCOCK TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that on October 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodcock Township Building, 16250 State Highway 86, Saegertown, Pennsylvania, the Board of Supervisors of Woodcock Township will consider enactment of an Amendment to Ordinance No. 5-27-1997 requiring permits for driveway connections, establishing requirements for issuance of permits and driveway connections and providing for administration and enforcement including penalties for violations, adding provisions relating to roadway storm sewer extension, requiring an indemnification agreement for installation of culvert pipes along state highways, permitting the adoption of driveway and roadway storm sewer extension design and construction requirements, providing for a repealer, severability and an effective date. A copy of the full text of the proposed Amendment to Ordinance may be examined by any citizen in the Township building listed above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
