PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Sadsbury Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 6:30 pm at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Bldg, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 to review the following: Appeal #08-16 Gregory Woodworth & Kathy Herzog requesting relief from the side & rear yard setback requirements of the Sadsbury Twp Zoning Ordinance to remodel existing, or construct new, single family dwelling with detached garage at 11317 Quigley Lane, Conneaut Lake, PA, parcel #4403-052-2 in the Lake Area Residential zoning district. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above.
